DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes we do! Gift cards can be purchased here, simply put the intended recipient's email in the "ship to" address at checkout and the gift card code will be emailed directly to them! There are no processing fees on our cards, and they never expire!

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will send an e-mail confirmation as soon as your items have shipped with a tracking number.
IMPORT & DUTIES
Some deliveries may be subject to import taxes and duties which are set by your countries local customs office. All applicable duties, fees, and additional charges are outside of our control and you will be responsible for them.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
To help encourage mindful purchasing, we do not offer "free shipping, free returns." While we do take returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to MiniHeartz. We recommend that returns be shipped with a service which provides a tracking number, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
In the event that a return needs to be made, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate all returns within 14 days of delivery. All merchandise must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Returns that are missing tags and/or damaged will not be processed, nor will they be returned to sender.
Due to their intimate product nature, personal care items, swimwear, teething accessories and body suits are final sale. Items that are on clearance and gift cards are final sale.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
