Shipping and Returns


Orders will be shipped as promptly as possible (typically within 2-5 business days) from Montreal, Quebec, Canada via Canada Post, Fedex, UPS, Canpar or Purolator. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Due to COVID-19, all shipping services are experiencing delays outside of our control. We apologize for the inconvenience.

MiniHeartz is proud to offer free standard shipping within Canada and the United States on orders over $75 before taxes and after applicable discounts. If your order is under $75, we offer a flat standard rate of $15 in Canada. For all other areas, please see checkout after selecting your shipping method & courier. At checkout, you will be able to see the estimated delivery time of your chosen shipping method. Once your order transaction is complete, you will receive a tracking number in a confirmation email, allowing you to track your package at every step. If you have any special shipping requests, contact us and we will be happy to assist you!



All prices are listed in CAD. Canadian customers will be charged applicable provincial sales tax. For US customers, duties and custom fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client. MiniHeartz is not responsible for any custom delays or lost packages.



To help encourage mindful purchasing,  we do not offer "free shipping, free returns." While we do take returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to MiniHeartz. We recommend that returns be shipped with a service which provides a tracking number, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. 

In the event that a return needs to be made, please contact us at to initiate all returns within 14 days of delivery. All merchandise must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Returns that are missing tags and/or damaged will not be processed, nor will they be returned to sender.

Due to their intimate product nature, personal care items, swimwear, teething accessories and body suits are final sale. Items that are on clearance and gift cards are final sale.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
